Sacramento tech death masters THE KENNEDY VEIL have released a guitar play through video for their track “Draconian” today via Gear Gods. The video showcases guitarist KC Childers’ outstanding playing with Gear Gods commenting, “KC is an insanely technical player here. And from the look on his face, he knows exactly how good he is. He plays with so much tenacity and precision; it’s honestly a little scary. It’s sort of like an exhibition of how to be an amazing guitar player.”

Praise for Imperium:
“Imperium rages with great theatrical chaos in its instrumentation, giving a truly devastating sense of doom. Weaving elements of classical music throughout their work, the band presents a blackened-death sound that rings with foreboding and apocalyptic-like tones.” – Metal Injection
“Proof that death metal band can in fact “mature” without compromising their brutality and vision, Imperium once again seats The Kennedy Veil at the head of the class. Brutality, melody, and atmosphere all wrapped into a package that is just as feral and caustic as any of their peers.” – Dead Rhetoric
“Imperium is a vicious disc. In the three years between albums, the one thing that really has not changed is that The Kennedy Veil are a wall of non-stop weapons fire. They are a hyper-polished and hyper-efficient machine created for auditory destruction and their chosen path leaves behind a cratered field of roiling guitar work, slamming rhythm sections, and vocals perfectly suited to match the howling fury that would follow it all.” – No Clean Singing
“Imperium takes the core of talent and skill that the band seem to have in abundance, and focuses it in a different direction. Imperium is a monster…” – Wonderbox Metal
“If you want a cold, hard slap of despair and rage in your face, this album is for you.” – Metal Assault
“Outstandingly well-crafted, Imperium carries hooks, atmosphere and brutality in abundance, and the short, all-killer no-filler selection of tracks is satisfying, but leaves the listener wanting just a touch more. THE KENNEDY VEIL appear to have found “their” sound, and if the brilliance of this record is any indication, it will take them far.” – Distorted Sound Mag
